Trending @Accenture; I’m not getting any call from HR

Hi, I’m a Devops engineer with 4 years of experience. I joined Accenture as a fresher. I don’t know what is wrong but I’m not getting calls from HR. It’s my first time so I don’t what to do.

Can anyone please suggest what should I do?

In Accenture HR don’t reply they have so called more work than CEO

Same situation, I’m currently looking for a job change but haven’t been receiving any calls, despite applying consistently on Naukri and LinkedIn and referrals. Could anyone please guide me or suggest how I can improve my chances? It would be really helpful for me.
