I m not attending the office july.now I am in maternity leaves on sep 9 to Feb 9.what is the action it will take tell me anyone know.
This is further to the organization's directives to work from the office for ALL working days. Since then, Company officials have communicated the said directive to you via multiple channels (Ultimatix communication, Townhalls, email communications; etc.) providing you sufficient time and opportunity to enable work from the office for yourself.
However, you have failed to report to the office on ALL working days in July 2024, in complete defiance to the Company directive of working from office on ALL working days.
You do not have any justifiable reasonings to work from home captured as approved in the WFO exception module in GESS, for the month of July 2024. As a responsible employee of the Company, you are expected to follow organizational policies and directives, however you have failed to do so.
You are hereby strictly advised to report to the office as per the WFO directives. Failing which, the Company will be constrained to proceed with disciplinary action against you.

You're on maternity leave, so you're covered for now. Just make sure to sort out any exceptions in the system when you're back.
