Trending @Accenture; I’m looking for some guidance and would truly appreciate honest advice.

Hi everyone,

I have completed 1 year in automation, and while I’m learning, I also feel unsure about what direction to take next. Since I am the only earning member in my family, I have to continue working — leaving my job for studies isn’t an option.

I’m confused between:

Doing an online Master’s, or

Focusing instead on certifications, self-learning, and gaining more technical expertise.

If anyone has gone through a similar phase or has experience balancing work and higher studies, I would be grateful to hear your thoughts.

Thank you for your support.

Over the past 1 year, I’ve gained experience in automation workflows, troubleshooting, and working with tools like Rundeck, Ansible. I’ve learned that mistakes don’t define me — how I correct them does. I’ve learned how to work with people, communicate better, and trust myself a little more every day
