I'm leaving TCS for IBM

Hi all, I'm leaving TCS for IBM and I'm in a dilemma if I'm doing the right thing. I'm really concerned about job security but I'm also a very ambitious person and want to really learn and grow. Tcs is asking for my retention and now I'm in a dilemma. Please suggest your inputs.

Job security is about your skillset. Not about the company. Keep in mind you can learn more in IBM than TCS. So don't fall into a trap. Join IBM.

If you want to stay in TCS, ask for written mail confirmation from HR. (Not verbal ) . 1. Onsite opportunity 2. 150% hike. .... Or you just leave

They are ready to give written email confirmation, but I'm offered 40% they are ready for 30%

Choosing Any company over TCS is always a better choice. So don't hesitate just go for it otherwise you will always be stuck in the comfort zone.

If you are young i would you switch. By the way, I'm too waiting for retention offer. Did they give you confirmation over mail?
