I’m in my last month of notice period I.e., Third month

I joined as a fresher in tcs, as a dot net developer. My manager tortured me like anything. My aim is to go for the central govt exams so I resigned. Even though I resigned he is making me do so much work I literally saying I worked like a dog maintaining minimum 20 crs in last two months in my notice. I was like while going out let’s be good and don’t make any bad impressions. But today he literally told me u r such a waste candidate, u can’t do anything properly, every time u do some Cr and moving to prod its definetly going to fail, such a failure candidate , and I don’t want to discuss what he said to my face.

I’m fucking done is there any mandatory that I have to report everyday to my office or can I just swipe, or just sit for 3 hours like that so that I can avoid doing work.

I literally want to argue with him and take it out to hr but both my manager and hr are like close.

Can my manger stop my experience letter ??

Please dont mind my bad English sentence formation.

Yes the manager can do some damage. A simple rule of thumb is just silently move out. No need to argue or fight with him. There is no benefit in that except emotional and mental distress. Save yourself from all this and good luck for your future endeavours

There is no good in fighting a Pig in the Mud.. You might feel sometimes that you are winning but in the end you realise that the it was the pig who enjoyed it all.. Be Silent and work on yourself and exit the organization. Use your energy and time for your betterment.

Don't take it seriously and serve your remaining notice period without any over reaction. As you are already serving a notice period so he can't do anything. Anything comes after he and his team has to look at those issues or escalation. Your manager should be smart and he should give you small and easy task that you can do and complete on time.

My humble request please wait until your full and final settlement and experience letter. Then go to linked in and search him . Capture a screenshot and then create a post about his dirty behaviour and share accross the globe .. let the world know how TCS management behave. Remember you can't join TCS again. So whatever comes in your mind please do that. It will help us .

Just relax. Do nothing. Quietly spend your remaining notice period and move out.
