Yes will ask you to put your paper, if unable to find/accept opportunity coming your way. So, try to get into a billable opportunity soon if you want to stay away from these scavengers chasing you way.
If I'm not able to get billable than what todo?

Adding can I come 3 days .. a week all 5 days mandatory will it be monitored closely ?

As I already received warning, show cause, Ph hearing. So do I want to come 5 days or 3 days works in my case?
OK i understood... and after 42 days assuming they will ask to put a paper . And do i get b3 months salary or 6 months.. how should we handle the situation in demand work hr?
Every time that grace period ends they will want you to justify if you have applied for projects - keep evidence of your application .. this can go on up to 55 days on bench and then HR will ask you to resign.
Will they call back again for hearing or any actions been taken?
