I'm from a tier-3 college currently in my final year of BTech. What should I do to become a Business Analyst? Pls guide me.

I am not good at coding and programming and this thing doesn't excite me at all. I cannot sit for even 3 hrs continuously so one thing I know for sure is that it's not for me. I've searched YouTube and found out about Business Analysts. Pls guide me on what things I should do to stand out from the crowd and what all things I should take care of?

All I know is there are three companies that pay well Bain & Co., McKinsey & Kinley and BCG. Pls tell me some other companies too that pay good to freshers.

Do some market research for "Business Analyst" roles and by this, I mean go to LinkedIn and search "Business Analyst Accenture." Go to People and open profiles. Now see what kind of certification courses they have done and skills they have. Follow those. Match your profile and then create your profile in various companies websites "Bain, McKinsey, Microsoft, etc.).

You're on the right track by knowing what doesn’t excite you; now let’s build what does. To break into business analysis, master Excel, SQL, storytelling with data, and case interviews. Target firms like ZS, Accenture, Fractal, or Genpact too, great pay + steep learning. But don’t do it blind; talk to someone who's been there and done that. Get on Hiked, where real pros help you map your exact next move.
