I'm unable to clear interviews I lost hope I'm feeling bored in my current project.. no growth or learning Do i need to pause and prepare for interviews OR just go ahead by giving interviews ? First do i really need to switch? I'm comfortable here.. CONFUSED

Pause and prepare, after lot of rejections come success. Those who are switching had too faced lot og rejections so don't give up. Being consistent is the key

This happened with me. I couldn't clear interviews of companies for 1 year when I was trying to leave Google. I was an underlevelled L3 making 45 LPA. I kept trying and sonwhere in the middle I also started having doubts that I can't clear interviews anymore. But guess what, after getting rejected in more than 15 interviews, I got an offer of 85 LPA directly for L5. Just 6 months into this new org, and now because of stock appreciation, my pay is 1.1 CR.
So I felt stuck, underlevelled, underpaid (as per my skills and experience) a year ago and now I feel like I am way overpaid with only 5.5 YoE. But life finds a way to turn around if you keep trying. It's easier said than done but trust me, I have done it, too.

Join a different team within Google itself. Trust me wlb is more important than pay and Google is giving you both.
