Worked my ass off in here, Got lots of award,recognition good feedback from client and colleague, on Appraisal call they told we dont have much to tell you as we got good feedback for you from everyone and customer is also happy, we dont have anything for you we will give good rating, I got 4.3 Rating and C2 promotion was pending and when i see my Band its “C” i called everyone manager, my lead that i got C ,they told they mention me as “A” , they dont know why the unit downgrade the band
Rightly mentioned in comment section. It is the management who has awarded you C band. Better to resign so as you still continue to be digital.
They are lying. If you want to escape resign immediately. Your last three salary slip is still digital. So you may switch with digital salary

Do not trust the management. Also. After a C rating now you will not eligible for a promotion for next 2 years. Look for another company and even if you continue in TCS do not work hard as they cannot value people who work hard .
