I'm currently working for Accenture as a Data Analyst. I got an offer from Sempra Energy

I'm a Data analyst at Accenture with 6 LPA CTC, I got an offer from Sempra Energy company with 13 LPA CTC and complete WFH but they want me to complete professional MATLAB certification and be ready to reimburse the amount for the same. Should I join or not? When I searched for the organisation on LinkedIn, I didn't see people from India, Most people are from the US.
