I got an offer from Accenture. It says my Annual Fixed Compensation is 6.3 Lakhs. Variable Bonus isn't mentioned clearly but ranges between 0-21%.
My current CTC is 5LPA. Also, at the end of the year my CTC in my current organization will be 6LPA.
I have another concern now. My manager is saying that he'll match the package I'm getting from Accenture but it'll take him about 2 months since I joined the project recently. But I don't know how much I can trust him. I mean if Accenture's offer gets invalid till then.... The situation is getting weirder
Never believe something they promise in future
With 6.3 fixed you'll get around 48-50K in hand per month But don't think you'll get 21% variable pay... Barely 13-15% ... That too if you're an exceptionally good employee... otherwise 8-10%
