I'm confused
I got an offer from Accenture. It says my Annual Fixed Compensation is 6.3 Lakhs. Variable Bonus isn't mentioned clearly but ranges between 0-21%.
- Can someone help me understand how much salary I'll get in hand in Accenture? What will be the annual CTC?
- Also, is it a good time to join Accenture? I heard people talking about random layoffs and all.
My current CTC is 5LPA. Also, at the end of the year my CTC in my current organization will be 6LPA.

Never believe something they promise in future
With 6.3 fixed you'll get around 48-50K in hand per month But don't think you'll get 21% variable pay... Barely 13-15% ... That too if you're an exceptionally good employee... otherwise 8-10%
