Same case for me as well. Mine is 11.5 yoe and level is TL. According to the current trends, we should be in a manager position. 7-8 yoe experience guys are getting AM, don't understand the Accenture hierarchy logic, they totally destroyed it.

Yeah in my team one of the girls has 6-7 yoe and she is at the same level. My team has 95℅ people from South and the manager is very biased. I don't think Accenture inequality policy is successful.
