Trending @Accenture; I’m already in a project but want to move to a different project with different techstack. How do I apply or get approached?

I want to move to developing Smart Contract using Solidity from being a Reactjs resourse. How do I proceed ? I’m already in a project and don’t see any signs of roll off yet but want to switch domains.
