I'm a trainee at tcs, how can i reach a good salary point at tcs or switching is the option ?

Take risks. Switch frequently. Otherwise you’ll always remain BPL

Internally there is 5-8% hike every year Wings1 is also there but but most of the cases if you clear the exam and other requirements manger will give you C band so you’ll have to wait till he/she gives A or B band which might take years
