Bro, 4.21 CTC after 3 years in TCS is kinda low. You should def look for better opportunities outside. Accenture pays better for similar experience. 💪
Mine is 3.3 years with 3.6 CTC, earlier it was 4.1, but due to D band, revised to 3.6.
