Trending @HCL; I'm a new joinee in hcl, is there something you could share about hcl?

Leave at the first chance you get

If you're in good hands best co. In India.

Worst company quit soon asap

Go there, do work, make money, go home. Rinse and repeat for some time, then look for another company. If your interaction with others is positive, then continue, otherwise don't bother. This is from experience and may or may not be true for other companies.
Also, I can't tell anyone to not keep expectations, but try to have as low as expectations as possible for anything you might think is "as per process" or "is the standard procedure".

Don't expect hikes, skip your immediate manager and learn applying oil to the management. Leave your life to luck rather hard work.

You can take sugar and tea or coffee to your home to compensate your overtime salary.

its vompany not home.... behave professionally, none is your friend. All they want is output from you.
If you ask anything for yourself like leave, hike, relocation to other project... they will say "we are doing as per the process"

Depends project to project
Dont fight and argue with your collegues who has same age group regarding work ...coney them by professionally
