I'm a fresher. I've got offers from Cognizant,CapG and LTI.
All almost pay the same(4lpa), locations are same as well in South. Which should I go to?

Cognizant and capg are comparatively large than LTI which reduces the scope of growth as there are many folks struggling for similar results. Also I have been part of both cogni and CG, and i have seen my friends working in LTI getting really good hike and recognition than me

Is it LTI or LTIM? If it is LTIM, don’t even think of coming here, it’s terrible!

You need to do research on, what are your priorities. Based on some criteria, Technology (if you aware of project technology), notice period, Work to office, Cost of living, Opportunities in that city, Etc etc..
