Trending @Capgemini; I'm 3 months into a project,on shadow period,no work assigned yet just watching KT recorded sessions
As a fresher i understand thats the norm,to be on shadow for few months,but i am having doubt t that i could be removed from project as well,I'm just a backup but either way the project is build on legacy technology and no scope of learning it seems,Should i switch to other company or leave the project.
Give it another 3 months and see if there are any improvements or changes in your current situation. If things remain the same, speak with your N+1 to explore the possibility of getting released to the bench. That way, you'll have the flexibility to attend interviews that align with your skillset. Alternatively, you can consider switching to another company. But for now, give this project a fair chance.
