I'm 26 with a 30k salary as a sap abap developer. Do I need to look forward of SAP consultant or go for an MBA and to become a consultant
I am confused considering the ROI of IIms, if i kill two years and join back with 15 lpa in the worst case. I will be left with college debt again. Instead being in the current domain 4 years experience can yield 12 lpa easily. Please drop your thoughts about the mba scene from IIms and how exactly the consulting jobs are, are they paid high just bcz client facing or got hired from tier 1 colleges
You should have switched companies for better pay. Not too late, switch 2 companies in next 2 years if your goal is 15lpa else you will be stuck forever. Try working on yourself. Any PG you do offers packages based on your previous package (most cases) if your past package is low its not worth it !
Thank you so much, actually I am nearing 2 years of total experience. For analysts the hike is up to 5.3 lpa from my current 4.6. but my project is not ready to give promotion till next 5 months. Do I need to start searching for new opportunities.
