Trending @Infosys; I love infy.. infosys..

*"I joined Infosys as a 5B, but over the years, I was made to operate across job levels from JL1 to JL6—without the corresponding recognition, support, or compensation. After six years, the company gave just a 12% total hike and failed to pay even 10 cycles of variable pay.

What’s more disappointing is the management's inability to stand by its leads during critical project moments. After all this, I was laid off without clarity about where I stood or what I had built.

It’s disheartening to see a company use talent so extensively yet fail to acknowledge or retain it. I'm still trying to figure out my real role and worth after serving this 'great' company."*
