Trending @Cognizant; I lost my hopes 🙏

I no longer want to stay in this sh!thole, I want to switch but NP is 90 days. I was eligible to be promoted as an A in 2nd quarter but they didn't and this quarter also I don't have any hopes.

I jouned here as a PAT, it would be my first switch but I need your suggestion. How do I prepare myself for this? I don't even get any call.

Please give me some idea. 🙏

I guess people with 2 yoe are getting less interview calls . Mostly i observed in naukri there are more openings for a 3yoe or more
