I left the job in a week, stupid founder
Got a call from the HR from a portal. Basic introduction and expectations, further to that it was a telephonic interview with the CEO. It went smoothly and I got the offer. But after that the red flags started flagging.
- CEO was too delusional in use and adaptation of AI as a means of increasing productivity.
- Tracking time of every individual employee and boasting it as a feature of remote work culture.
- CEO and his wife (working together as founders) yell at the other new joinee for not knowing enough of the frontend .
- Non-sensical meetings with an unrealistic timeline.
- Expected to design multiple landing pages using so called AI
- The copywriter just copy pasted the chat gpt prompt even without a single change.
PS: These delusional founders are so self consumed in the race of AI that they have lost the touch of reality to the point they don't even understand basics of business or consumers.
