I left TCS in 1.5 years and am happy now.
We can't grow financially in TCS. I got very less variable pay.
Basic salary less and so PF also very less. It impacts our savings for future.
Please move to a company where you get consistent hike. Don't convince your heart with job security. Earn money as much as you can, go hometown and stay happily.

Few companies accept 3 months notice period like Infosys , Accenture. Try to get offer from those and resign . Once your notice period is less look for product based companies

I have 3 offers bro. I am saying that we are in a safe well. Currently inflation rate has increased a lot. Think about rent, children school fees, we need to feed our children's till 25 years of age. If you want to stay in TCS you can.
Even I am not happy to leave TCS. I left because of money only.
I had post this comment also because one of my junior having 3 years of experience and still getting less than 30 thousand per month. What about his PG fees, when can he save money.
In CTS, Accenture, IBM this is not the case.
