I left TCS about 8 months ago, and I’m still in dilemma about whether that was the right decision or not. I joined a product-based company with a CTC of 20.5 LPA, but I often wonder if leaving TCS was the correct choice.
At TCS, life was relatively relaxed—work from home, just 2–3 hours of support work. In my new company, it’s 8 hours of work from office, and I am fully responsible for all my tasks. Before I left, TCS had offered me 17 LPA and asked me to make a decision within 30 minutes.

Good decision leaving TCS if you desire to grow financially and professionally...

Accha hua nikal gaya bro nahito e log abhi nikaalte, no job security, no hike, full pressure now in TCS b'coz of reduce headcount, TCS is worst nowadays.

Wow... you have to actually work and get paid for it and that is an issue for you.. those "relaxed" profiles are getting kicked out left right and centre from tcs now a days

Whatever was happened, it's good for you. Just move forward and don't think about past.

Good / bad you have to decide. Good decision to get into prod based. Keep learning & switching, earn fat and stay healthy.

Good decision to leave TCS.There in no WFH in TCS as well.RTO strictly followed.
