So many of my friends are not visiting the office for a single day. They are ok with zero qvp. Nobody is saying anything to them. They said if they want to remove you they will remove with full wfo attandance and if they want you they will protect you. All depends on DM
It all depends on where you are allocated. If you are allocated, there won't be much noise if your DM is okay.
But, if his manager creates issues, this can get escalated. Same report gets pulled from HR as well when the corporate intervenes. If the corporate intervenes, no one will be able to help you.
100% sure that it will affect the next band. No one knows whether the corporate makes any decision in the middle of FY.
If it's okay for you to take a chance in losing the job, please go ahead. In the end, maybe you get lucky as well.
Agree brother i am going regularly but thinking that my friends are chilling at home and i am worried more.
At some point of time , none can help them as well ...those days are not so far
What about for someone on notice period? Will it impact?
