Like if anyone not visit the ofc for 1 month or in case of 1 week then also they are sending warning mails?
We got a confidential email from hr stating that if someone does not come to the office after 2 continuous warning emails, the company can take appropriate action including termination.

Since the second fortnight of May, they will start sending warning emails. It means if someone is not joining the office weekly on May 3rd and 4th week they will send warning emails in June first week to all defaulters.

No, there is no termination mail has circulated on not compliance with wfo. But the way folks are assuming and posting here, they would definitely do very soon as a mandate step
Yes they have termination plans after June if still noncompliant. There is a workflow shared already. Don’t take it light.
