Trending @Accenture; I just had a conversation with my AM for the performance outcome for may 2025

In my brief conversation i asked him directly about hike and variable pay To which he replied that the conversation will mostly happen in the last week of may 2025 and also he had no idea on hike But he told he had connections in different project and people are going to get hike and he told that AMs and above are also getting this time,,

and Senior manager and above people have full information on hike but they have still not decided to share and it will come from leadership level then only SM will share

I dont think more than 05% hike would be there

Better wait for a week and i would strongly suggest to keep ur expectations to 0
