I just got released from my project
After so much mental stress finally git released wanted to know we can be on bench for many months ? I want to get upskilled and don’t want to get in project soon today itself I git call from JRD project they asked my one pager. I am from pune location Sahyadri park. Do we need to report 5 day in week to rmg ?

If u want to upskill dont plan to be on bench for months.. Try doing it as soon as possible.. After some days ,weeks, or months u will come on RMG notice and would be forced to choose any shitty project.. Make sure u have upskilled .

Yes..you have to report 5 days a week and you have to stay for 9 hours in office
