Trending @HCL; I just got a offer from Thinkbridge offering 18 LPA as fixed pay, I have 9 years of experience where as in HCL I am getting 11 LPA .
I am currently working as Lead Consultant- Power BI developer role,Should I join thinkbridge and resign from HCL. Also I told thinkbridge that I have 30 days notice period whereas it's 90 days I have 45 leaves so can I include it and shorten the notice period. Please kindly give me your valuable suggestions.

Join the new org. Talk first with your RM. If your RM is supportive then you are lucky else talk to HR to buy out your 60 days. And serve for 30 days. Check with your new org if they are able to give you any joining bonuses using which you should be able to buy out the days.

Thank you

Leave HCL first. It's nice offer and HCL won't give.. Speak to RM and ask for early release. If they don't give, speak to HR. Again HR will speak to uour RM only. Try to convience your HR.

Yes you should join

Thanks

I will be a junior to say but just join it bhai u are very much underpaid.

Thank you

Seriously? I'm being offered 10.7 LPA for 3.7yrs exp in my current project to stay back. How do you even work for 11LPA with 9yrs YOE

I have 4 years in IT and the rest is in backend operations....and I started with whatever package I got and then made progress...now looking for the best

Any reason why you did not tell about your 90 days np?

The company don't proceed with the interview round after hearing 90 days notice period

Just go to new company as hcl will ignore to give hike or promotion even if you do exceptional work. Chcek with RM AND ASK FOR PROJECT RELEASE AND then go to company
