Trending @Wipro; I joined wipro through their elite prg on may 2022, my lwd is 11/11/25, and wip is asking to pay 280000, is there any way i can reduce amt?

Why is it 280000 ? Only 2lakh right need to pay back if we leave now?

I resigned on 26 may 2025. I paid 75k bro. If I had taken 2L final bonus then Need to pay 2.75L

Here are your opinions:

1. You can ask your next company for the joining bonus and pay the amount to Wipro
2. Withdraw the resignation and continue with Wipro till your repayment period is over, then try to switch.

No that's not possible...even my friend who left wipro before the bonus retention period was over paid the total bonus amount.
