Trending @Wipro; I joined Wipro in B3 band. How much time usually takes in Wipro to move to C1 band?

First your role should call for C1 band and if you are a top performer like 5 rating consecutive 2 years then it works for you quickly. Others wise you have to wait for long time until your manager think to give the promotion.
