I joined TCS recently in a non technical non manager role. applied for a personal loan, bank requested for mail from TCS, is it ok to send?

Yes, you can send an email from TCS email ID to the bank. Do not attach any document though.

U won’t be able to send email u can get affidavit online it available on Ultamatix check with people who have joined earlier or HR

You can share a bonafied letter. Just check with the bank for a bonafied letter.you can easily download a bonafied letter for loan purpose from ultimatrix.
