I joined tcs on 15 Jan 2025 as system engineer grade c1.quartely variable pay for March month is 0 they didn't mention anything in payslip

My recruiter told me at system engineer level grade c1 you will get 100% quarterly Variable pay.fixed amount ,but I didn't get even single penny.pls help me where I can report this issue

Quarterly variable pay will be added to your next month's salary slip. Quarterly results will come out soon. As the quarter just ended it cannot be calculated with this month's salary.

I'm C1 and some month I get 3500rs qva and other month 6500qva ..why ??

Are you talking about QVA or monthly performance pay?

QVA is credited post quarterly results, so it'll appear in April month's salary.
The months when you get QVA are April, July, October, and January.
