i joined tcs as a fresher in prime role , my package is 9lpa, can i give wings and upgrade to innovator 11.5lpa?

All the folks who were saying tcs is bad company should see this post, tcs also offers good packages to freshers if you can pass these exams.

It is some internal exam to get promoted to innovator role. Ninja(3.5 lpa), digital(6.8 lpa), innovator(11.5 lpa).

Tcs conducts internal exams, if you get qualified, you are paid irrespective of experience.
