I have joined Wipro 3years back 2022, still no increment for me.

Depends on college joiner or lateral Hire. If joined as fresher it will be by default and lateral hire , you will have to lookout for your manager

At least you need to wait for one year if you hire as lateral or fresher then by default you will get that based on your performance and management decision as well
