I joined on aug 2022, but in aug 2023 did not get any hike and rating is 3.85 in this 2024 can I expect hike for this rating?

You should have received an anniversary appraisal and hike. You should also get the project end appraisal and hike as well. I remember when I completed my first year I got anniversary appraisal and hike and also got project end appraisal and hike.

I've heard that anniversary hikes have been stopped since 2022. But you are eligible for appraisal and hike this year. Hikes will depend on the band and revised letters are expected around April.
