I joined infy recently as Quality Engineering Analyst. And immediately they have asked me to give preassessment. Anyone has idea on this?

My concern is I joined with 4+years of experience, instead of project calls, they asked me to give preassessment, and my training will started after that, which is mandatory to attend from office. What's the process or policy? Will they terminate our employment from Infosys based on this exam and trainings?

I'm super scared hearing all the layoff news.
