You won’t be getting hike in Jan 2025 for sure. And most likely the usual April 2025 hike will again be delayed. So whenever that hike is given you will get. Jan 2025 hike is actually the April 2025 which got delayed , as April 2024 hike got delayed yo Nov 2024
