Trending @Infosys; I joined Infosys as an Associate consultant on June 2020 and I am a senior associate consultant now. I didn’t get the hike that was promised to me at the time placement. Am I eligible for the consultant bridge program?
If not, when will I progress to the next role or is there any way to get the hike? Kindly help.
Promised at the time of placement 😀 never heard of this concept . Guaranteed hike in advance!!! Anyways now you know it. Hike is yearly concept in infosys. Announced in June /july given from April 1st. Last year was an exception on two counts . One it was delayed to November second it was selective hike and most new joiner / laterals who joined from 2021 depending on their role were ignored. Anyways depending on joining date most people are not eligible for the first hike cycle in April. Now these additional conditions have been added ti make it more difficult
Ok so just for understanding , as I joined in dec 2023 as lateral , got confirmed in June 2024 as outstanding and then we are expecting rating in dec 2024 , so according to you hike letters will come out in June / July 2025 and given from April 2025 ?
