Trending @Infosys; I joined Infosys as a lateral in December 2023, am I eligible for hike this year ??

Thanks , Oct 2024 cycle means ? When the hike will be added to our salary ?

It should be effect April 2025 but it’s usually delays so with arrears in July 2025, but from last 2 cycle it’s again delayed it was nov in 2023

We guys are waiting for appraisal of last cycle 2023
