Trending @Infosys; I joined infosys as a fresher if i leave infosys before 4 years then i cant join infosys again is there any such policy ? Please share views

Strange part of this post is why would you rejoin in here? Plus if they've requirement and liked your work so much they always make exception

You can but after a year, or some cool off period they've depending upon your yoe

correct it was 5 yrs min to join again. but i think they'll change this policy in future and add a dynamic Cooloff period to give you can again

For freshers if you leave before completing 4 years can’t join back as per new policy. Check esep portal
