You can ask. It wont happen.
Your manager will say he will try. He will ask you to send mail to HR. HR will say it is not possible and ask you to reach out to manager.
Manager will say he will try for promotion. He will say he will push for you in next quarter. This will go on for a few quarters.
All of this is to make you stay.
If they say no, you will start looking for opportunities outside. So they will do this instead.
Whether it will happen or not that's the different story but you should ask, if you don't ask you never know and side by side keep preparing also so that u can have the upper hand if they don't revise. Good luck
TCS does not give salary revisions. It only happens once a year as Annual hike which is always less than 7% and wen u get promoted where it differs between 10 to 15 %.
So stop asking or thinking of getting salary revision in TCS. Put papers and get 30% hike .
