Yes bro, you should be a little worried. But it's not the end of the world, if HCL is deducting PF monthly from your salary, then when you leave HCL you'll get deducted money back from HCL without interest in the final settlement.
Still you should become a pain in HR ass to create your account.

I already raised ssds like 3 times. I want the pf account to be created like that they just replied that the amounts are deposited in HCL trust account and some bloody reason and they didn't created thae account for me. I just don't know what to do. Anyone gone through the same please guide me.
