Trending @Infosys; I joined in Dec 2023, I got Met Expectations in spite of regularly getting good remarks from my manager and leadership team.

As per my manager, I have only served 9 months in the system which is too little time to get an outstanding or commendable rating. Not sure, if this is the same with other teams.

This is true and mostly met expectations and commendable are slight edge. Commendable we give to continuous and long time performers.

I got 2 insta awards in last 4 quarters and still got met expectation.

Insta awards normally managers will give to motivate them and its rotational to all the employees unless he/she really a poor performer. Mangers dont consider about insta awards while considering ratings!!
