No it won’t cause issue if you declare at initial stage of interview or During BGV . They will provide statutory document for that main reason.if you updated clearly you won’t BGV fail.

I am also facing same problem, My previous employer DOE is mentioned wrong in EPFO that is DEC 21 but I am having accurate relieving letter provided by employer mentioning SEP21 and in joined declaration with EPFO even employer approved the DOE to change as per my relieving letter and the whole scenario I have informed to my upcoming employer where BGV in process.Will my BGV be fail or pass??can you tell
