Lemme help you with this, i had the same query about UAN while switching company, so when you join as a fresher you are non EPS member and in you can see that in your HCL offer letter form 11. For HCL employees having no EPS history and having basic pay more than 15k will not get UAN number as the company has their own PF trust account and manages it. You can mention the same to your new company that you are a non EPS member and have a PF account and show your form 11 as a proof. Many companies like HCL TCS and few others have their own PF Trust account and won't provide UAN number for mostly freshers as they are non EPS members and have basic pay more than 15k, so relaxx.
So if you switch how the pf funds will be transferred buddy?
Bro sorry to ask what was your pay scale at the time of joining and now. As it depends on that also.
Else you can sue them by complaining over the epfo portal.

Yeah. Your monthly was coming under no pensioner that's why they did not have created the UAN. There is a guideline over the EPFO portal to have UAN if your salary is greater than that. Please check and if it exceeds that then directly speak with spoc of EPFO in hcl
