  1. Not clear on the question.
  2. It generally takes at least 2 months to get done with all the phases of hiring, generally its 3-4 depending upon your performance.

Hey there, I would put it in this way,

  • Moderate Knowledge + Lesser Experience = Win(Almost)
  • Lesser knowledge + Moderate/Good Experience = Oops!
  • Good Design Articulation + Moderate Experience + Positive Attitude + Originality(X-Factor) = WIN
