Yes, your bonus amount will be paid in Feb salary but there will be flat tax deduction on your bonus amount depending on which tax slab you fit in.
Joining bonus or variable pay falls under flat tax deduction.
Ex: if your joining bonus is 100000 and you fall under 20% tax slab. You will get 80000 as joining bonus.
