I joined Accenture on november 18th for 14.8lpa fixed + 21% variable pay. How much variable pay can I expect. In June I received 8000 and was dissappointed a lot. Also that percentage is based on fixed salary or base salary? How much can I expect this time?

The percent is based on fixed pay. You will get less around 8.5% out of 21% VP in first year which also depends on annual charges ability.
