For hike you will be eligible from June 2025 and for promotion you will be eligible from Dec 2025 onwards

You will not eligible till 2032 Nov

Atleast 6 months

Usually, you need to complete a year for appraisals, but it can depend on your project and performance. Best to check with your manager for specifics
